After a brief ownership, a name change to TEN SIGMA (formerly Korkzcrew), and a few weeks of cruising south from the North Carolina area, this Great Harbour Trawlers N37 comes to the market due to unfortunate life circumstances for the new owners. With a recent survey completed, new saloon upholstery, and new bottom paint, TEN SIGMA is ready to close quickly and begin cruising!!
TEN SIGMA is an N37 built by Mirage Manufacturing in Gainesville Florida. She Is Hull #16 of the N37 series (Hull #52 overall) and has been well cared for. The Great Harbour N37 is one of the most versatile and most sought after trawlers on the market today. It is known as a "do anything" vessel with a cult following for the ruggedness and extreme ease of maintenance the N37 exhibits.
The engine room on the N37 is recognized as the best on any vessel of its size. It provides standing headroom at a workbench and facilitates complete 360-degree access around each engine. TEN SIGMA is equipped with TWIN Yanmar 54 hp engines that typically have a service life of over 10,000 hours. The boat is equipped with a fuel polishing system and oil changing system that handles both propulsion engines and the 9 kw genset.
TEN SIGMA has recently updated electronics (2022), a bowthruster, a Fireboy engine room fire suppression system, a watermaker, and a Victron 3kW inverter.
TEN SIGMA is fitted with a flybridge that incorporates full controls and navigational equipment including bow thruster controls, Garmin Auto-Pilot, and a Garmin Chartplotter. The flybridge can comfortably seat nine and a custom top that houses 1200 watts of solar panels rounds out this beautiful social area.
The galley in TEN SIGMA has a full-size refrigerator, four burner electric cooktop, microwave oven, a drawer dishwasher, and an under cabinet chest freezer.
Moving forward from the galley is head with spacious shower and separate toilet, vanity sink and medicine chest with mirror. The head also incorporates a stainless steel opening port, which is one of six on the boat.
Forward of the head is the master suite. A full 60" by 80" Island queen berth is set on centerline, flanked by large storage areas that are a combination of hanging lockers and drawers. At the foot of the queen there are also four huge drawers for clothing storage.
Across from the Galley to port is the guest stateroom. This cabin has convertible day, bench settee, that converts to a comfortable full-size berth for two with plenty of storage space.
The Master, Guest Stateroom, Galley, and head are all on the same level with no steps. A short five steps up from the lower living area is the saloon with the helm station, navigator's bench and large wrap-around settee with folding table, set opposing a starboard-side settee.
The outside areas of the N37 are famous for their protected walkways and super-secure on-deck areas. Access to the dual anchor pulpit in the worst of conditions is confidence-inspiring and safe, thanks to the waist-height rails that wrap around the entire deck. The deck is designed to take any amount of water and quickly drain with no constraints.
TEN SIGMA is ready to head out today on any adventure you can imagine!
