Description and Highlight Features

This absolutely loaded 1997 Grand Banks 46’ Classic with the preferred 2-stateroom, galley down layout has just recently come on the market. “JAMIE LYN” is equipped with many extras - Naiad Stabilizers, 2023 Proportional SidePower Bow & Stern Thrusters, Dockmate Twist Wireless Remote Control, 2025 Furuno Electronics package, Starlink satellite com system, 2023 Watermakers Inc. 700 gl/day Islander component watermaker, 11’ Caribe HBI Dinghy with Yamaha outboard, 2025 Victron Energy 5000w Inverter, plus numerous additional upgrades throughout. The teak decks on the main deck exterior have been removed, non-skid finished and SeaDek with teak color scheme has been installed. A new fiberglass swim platform has been installed also with matching SeaDek added. The original iron fuel tanks have been replaced with Aluminum tanks. There is also a newer Northern Lights 12kW generator with approximately 150 hours. All new canvas and 4 sided flybridge enclosure. Some of her interior upgrades include New Dometic self-contained reverse-cycle A/C units, New freshwater head system, new Torrid hot water heater, new Master Stateroom custom mattress, custom salon pop-up TV console, plus the interior woodwork has had the satin varnish refreshed.
