This 1981 Grand Banks 49 has normal wear and tear and has been maintained. The boat was pulled out and had new bottom paint six years ago and has only been in freshwater since. This boat has a freshwater maker that makes approximately 600 gallons a day. The starboard transmission does not work. But the seller thinks it would be a simple fix, It has one new battery, and a second battery needs to be replaced. The roll stabilizer and instruments were replaced five years ago, and a new windlass has been installed. The fly bridge needs a new bimini top.
