Her exterior spaces are abundant with a comfortable covered flybridge and aft sundeck space which is characteristic of the Motoryacht model now combined with the practicality of the extended lower cockpit designed for accessibility of dinghy, watersports & docking ease that the classic model provides. Her expansive interior provides more space, such as the full beam master cabin aft with a queen size berth which is fantastic for long term living aboard and, ideal for Loop cruises(which the current owners have done).
owners have cruised the majority of the "Loops" and other remote areas. In order to be prepared for any boat needs, the owners have stockpiled replacement parts, tools, and hardware, so that any unexpected repair or replacement that may be required is onboard. WALKTHROUGH
Enter this 1991 model 46 CPMY through either the port or starboard mid-ship side boarding doors into the beautiful spacious salon. There is an L-Settee to starboard with a dining table centered. A full settee on the port side.
Looking forward to port is a breakfast bar with stools overlooking the open down galley. Take 3 steps down and to port to access the U-shaped down galley featuring double bowl Corian sink with faucet with retractable sprayer, deep freezer, gas stove and oven, GE microwave and Sea frost fridge/freezers. To starboard across from the galley is the guest head and stall shower.
Underneath the steps down to forward accommodations is access into the engine room. You can also access the engine room via a mid-salon sole hatch.
The VIP guest stateroom sits forward featuring a v-berth. Her berth is very large spanning fully to both sides of the hull for most of the room, with the V insert she is an extremely spacious berth for a couple to comfortably rest. A hanging locker is to port, bookshelves and mirror are overhead, and the laundry room "closet" is to starboard.
Back up to the salon, make your way to the master stateroom directly aft. This private stateroom features a walkaround queen berth, vanity/desk with stool, egress stairs and aft door to cockpit, plentiful storage in drawers and hanging locker, full length mirror and more. Her head is to port and the separate stall shower is to starboard. There are many port holes and a hatch that allow in nice natural light and ventilation when needed.
The flybridge on this 46 CPMY is spacious and features many seating options. L-settee to starboard, fore and aft seating forward to both port and starboard along with a seating cushion for the large fridge/freezer box to port.
The aft cabin top is an excellent place for deck or chaise lounge chairs with a table as it is an expansive open space ready to be used! Aft to starboard of this space are a set of stairs to go down to the extended cockpit portion of this 46 CPMY. This is a unique feature of this yacht not found on other MotorYacht models. This is a fantastic extra 3'-4' of space available for a variety of uses: easier access to swim platform, accessibility to tender, extra place to store larger water toys or bikes, etc. The possibilities are endless!
