SALON, MASTER AND GUEST STATEROOMS:

Enter the salon thru either the starboard door at the helm or the port door just aft of the galley.  The curved L settee is aft to starboard with a lovely teak dining table, while opposite to port is a teak entertainment cabinet and bench seat. There is an extension cushion to convert this settee to a single bunk.  Forward of the bench seat on the port side, the L galley extension serves as a nice divider between the salon and galley. Forward of the L-settee and just aft of the helm bench is a beautiful teak dry bar cabinet.  The helm and its bench seat is just forward at the door to the side deck.  The galley is to port, immediately opposite the helm area.  The dark blue Ultrasuede fabric on all seating looks great against the luxurious high gloss varnish and the teak and holly sole.  The curtains are a contemporary mesh that allows for light yet provides privacy.  The light, visibility and ventilation are extraordinary.

The stairway from the salon to the master stateroom is aft.  There you will find a queen island berth with a Tempurpedic mattress, end tables/cabinets, while outboard are drawers along both bulkheads, and forward of the berth are short and long hanging lockers...perfect for a tux and ball gown.  The master head is conveniently split with a roomy shower to starboard and a full comfortable head with Vacuflush toilet to port.  A desk and seat are in the aft port corner for those working days when you need quiet instead of the pleasant distractions of the main salon or the flybridge.  12K BTU air conditioning keeps it cool in the dog days of August; however, there are sliding windows all around the stateroom as well as a double teak door egress hatch above the desk for additional light and breeze.

Forward are the stairs to the guest stateroom with its enormous v-berth, lots of light, huge hanging locker and plenty of drawer storage.  The ensuite head and Vacuflush toilet provides additional privacy.  Another 7K BTU of air conditioning cool the stateroom.

GALLEY:

The optional L shaped galley provides more space for refrigeration and storage than the standard layout.  It is well equipped and meets most culinary desires:

  • Force 10 propane 3 burner cooktop and oven (2 large propane bottles stored under the flybridge bench seat)
  • Sea Frost 120 V freezer
  • Norcold undercounted refrigeration (12V/120 V)
  • Panasonic microwave
  • 11 gal water heater
  • Excellent drawer storage
  • Pan storage under the oven
  • Storage in overhead extension and in forward cabinets
  • Corian Cameo White countertops and sink and stove covers

Deck and Hull

Revere has full walk-around teak side decks with stainless steel handrails mounted on varnished teak cap rails as well as stainless grab rail on the cabin top and elsewhere for a secure passage from aft to bow in any kind of seaway.  The large teak and stainless bow pulpit and anchor roller has a 60 lb CQR and 300' of chain, and a low profile Lofrans windlass with up/down buttons (controls at the low, lower and upper helms).  There is a 50 amp inlet forward for a bow-to tie up and a fresh water outlet.  A handsome optional locker box with teak seating is at the bow, and which has storage within. The center windshield opens for ventilation.

The aft portion of the boat has a full-beam lazarette area.  Also aft at the stern is a hot/cold cockpit shower, updated 50 amp shore service, and fresh water inlet.  Off the beautiful teak transom is a teak swim platform and swim ladder.  Stainless gates are aft and at both port and starboard sides.  There are covers for the cap rails, teak transom, master stateroom hatch and a new (2021) windshield cover.

The awesome flybridge is accessed via steps from the port side deck.  The optional L-settee covered in beige sunbrella is in the aft starboard corner of the flybridge, and covered completely by the extended new dark blue bimini.  The optional teak table at the settee makes coffee, cocktails or dinning a delight.  The helm has two Pompanette helm seats that nicely replace the less comfortable standard bench seating to starboard, while the standard fore and aft bench seating to port compliments the L settee. The settee, table and bench seats all have covers.

The steering station sits to the starboard side and features full engine electronics and instrumentation.

Custom dinghy chocks sit on the starboard cabin top to accommodate the 2018 Sirocco dinghy.  A 6:1 block and tackle make launching and hauling the dinghy a breeze (the standard is 4:1).  There is a cover for the dinghy.

Cons

Speed Limitations: As a semi-displacement vessel, it is not designed for high speeds, typically cruising around 8-10 knots.

Maintenance Requirements: Traditional build and older systems may require more upkeep compared to newer boats with modern materials and technology.

Interior Layout: While spacious, the interior design can feel somewhat dated compared to contemporary yachts, which may not suit all tastes.
