- Boarding via railing gates port or starboard, the salon can be gained
through doors either side and steps to the flying bridge are found to port
over the aft cabin.
The flying bridge has the helm to starboard and seating for four.
The main salon has the traditional Grand Banks “Classic” layout with
an “L” shaped settee with table aft to starboard. The open galley is forward
to port with a 3 burner electric stove/oven, microwave oven, stainless steel
sinks, and refrigerated ice box and freezer.
The lower steering station is forward to starboard with full controls
and electronics.
Down and aft is a master stateroom with double berth to starboard and
companionway to the aft deck to port of centerline.
The ensuite head to starboard has manual toilet, sink, and shower
stall.
Down forward from the salon is a double “V” berth cabin with escape
hatch over.
A guest head to port has manual toilet, sink, and shower wand.

- General condition was found well above average for a vessel of this
age. Cosmetics throughout were to high standards.
The hull was found fully sound and in seaworthy condition (as inspected
from the interior). No structural discrepancies were noted.
Engines and gears were run (at idle) during the course of this
inspection and appeared to operate well. Engine hour meters read low for a
vessel of this age. The engine compartment was found clean and neat.
The generator set was also run and put under load without incident.
The fuel tanks were found to have been refinished with epoxy paint all
around which would involve dismounting them. They were found in very good
condition.
