38' Grand Banks Eastbay 38 '99 "Lio Kai"
LIO KAI (SEA HORSE) is professionally maintained and cared for. She is LLC owned. A fine example of this popular cruiser that has sleeping for 4. She will get you to your destination quickly; she cruises at 22kts, and will go just under 30kts. She is a stable platform with bow thruster, and everything to operate her, including anchoring, from the helm station. Many upgrades make her modern and up to date.
Access the cockpit from the transom door via swimstep. The cockpit has room for a couple deck chairs, and has seating built in. A couple steps up will take you to the helm area that is fully enclosed with canvas and Isinglass. The helm station is to starboard with all the controls to operate the boat, seating to port and aft with a table for enjoying snacks. Enter the salon down a couple steps to find the U-shaped galley to port, and dinette to starboard. The head and shower are on port, storage to starboard in the entrance to the v berth forward.
