This classic Grand Banks is maintained in exceptional condition with fully documented service and upgrades. It is very well equipped and optioned with the island bed master stateroom floorplan and desirable twin Cummins diesels. Sleeps four in the two-stateroom, two-head layout with a spacious and open salon, full galley and upper/lower helm stations. The 8KW Westerbeke generator and (3) marine heat/air conditioning units insure comfortable all-season cruising. Her full length keel not only provides stable tracking but it's also deep enough to protect the propellers. Fuel consumption is approximately 3.5 gallons/hour at 8 nautical miles per hour.
Pelican is fully serviced and in turn-key condition....
There is No Finer Example of the Market!
Currently docked in her well-protected, fixed concrete slip in the highly regarded Windmill Harbour Yacht Basin on Hilton Head Island, SC. This is a gated community that is also home to the South Carolina Yacht Club. Windmill Harbour Marina is a locked harbor, meaning that it is only accessible through a 20' X 80' lock. This allows for a consistent water level with little-to-no tidal fluctuation and bath-tub calm, protected water. Fresh ground water was struck when the basin was dug and therefore the water withing Windmill Harbour is brackish. The seller owns the slip and would happily consider offers on the boat, the slip, or a package deal for both. This is a rare opportunity and a great value....
As an additional note, Pelican just received two new 8D batteries (2026) and she shows no signs of stress cracking, no signs of window/windshield water intrusion, the storage areas and bilge areas are very clean, the headliner material throughout the interior is properly fastened and spotless. The foredeck and side walks feel firm and the teak deck surfaces are clean and appear to be in good condition.
........Truly Immaculate!...
