The Grand Banks 36 (GB-36) Classic is just that, a classic. The GB-36 was the very first in the Grand Banks fleet, with over 1200 built. Her features include: two staterooms each with enclosed heads, upper and lower helms, and full teak interior. This fresh water GB-36 has efficient Ford Lehman twin power (with a range of over 1000 miles), reverse cycle air conditioning (3 zone), generator, full electronics, electric windlass and more. Her best feature is her fine condition from her varnished teak to her clean engine room. This GB-36 has always been used in fresh water, is in excellent condition.
Upon entering from the starboard side deck at the lower helm, the side galley is to port, a settee is aft of the galley, the "L-shaped" dinette is to port with drop leaf table. FORWARD STATEROOM: "V-berths", enclosed (manual) head with shower, large hanging locker, air conditioning controls and privacy door. AFT STATEROOM: double berth to starboard, single berth to port with a exit door to the aft deck, enclosed head (electric), large hanging locker, and privacy door. Note the following features: full teak interior, teak parquet sole through out; drapes, window privacy covers.
