The 378 Vista features a running surface designed by renowned naval architects - C. Raymond Hunt and Associates - and ease of operation courtesy of the DTS Mercruiser 8.1 HO engines and Bow Thruster.
The 378 Vista has one of the largest cockpits to be found in a 38 ft class. The cockpit seating includes large aft to starboard seating area with table (convertible lounge), dual helm, and a portside lounge. A wet bar with icemaker and refrigerator is located to the portside. The entire cockpit is protected from weather with the camper enclosure. With the large swim platform, the entertainment area can easily expand beyond the cockpit even with a dingy in storage. The cockpit and swim platform have been upgraded to flexiteek flooring. The bow is easily accessed through the walkthrough wind shield. Below deck, the galley contains (2) undercounter refrigerators and freezer, microwave, coffee maker, dual stovetop, and sink. The aft sofa/settee electronically converts to a guest queen berth with privacy curtain. An additional sofa is located starboard with a large amount of storage beneath. The master cabin is forward with a privacy door and its own TV. The head is spacious and has a separate shower area.

Four Winns Largest boat ever, the 378 Vista joins a growing list of midsize family cruisers vying for the attention of the nation's boaters. The Vista is a well-styled boat with her flowing lines and forward-facing arch, and she has one of the larger cockpits to be found in a 37-footer. Rather than the typical midcabin interior, the 378 features an expansive salon with two convertible sofas, one along the aft bulkhead and the other along the starboard side. Privacy curtains separate the fore and aft sleeping areas from the main salon, although an aft-cabin bulkhead with door was optional. The galley offers abundant storage and counter space, enhanced by faux granite countertops and cherry cabinets. Note that air-conditioning and a central vacuum system are standard, as is the flat-screen TV installed above the galley. On Deck, a walk-through windshield provides easy access to the foredeck. Cockpit seating includes a U-Shaped Lounge aft, double helm seat and a portside lounge, and the engine compartment is reached through a deck access panel of the standard power hatch. Twin 375HP Gas inboards cruise the 378 Vista in the low 20s and top out just at over 30 knots.
