The 2002 Formula 37 PC is a stylish and well-regarded express cruiser known for its blend of performance, comfort, and quality construction. This Formula offers a spacious and comfortable experience for both day trips and extended cruising.

The 37 PC showcases Formula's sleek design. A key feature is the walk-through windshield, providing easy access to the bow. The cockpit is designed for entertaining, featuring a large U-shaped lounge seating area with tables that can convert into a sun pad or even an additional sleeping area. A standard wet bar adds convenience for hosting. The helm station typically offers a triple-wide seat, accommodating the captain and companions comfortably. A notable design element is the aft-facing transom seating that can often be raised electrically to provide excellent access to the engines. A large transom locker offers ample storage for water toys, fenders, and other gear. A radar arch and a swim platform with a ladder for easy water access. The stereo system was upgraded with a subwoofer and four cockpit speakers and two in the cabin. The cockpit and the cabin are on one stereo but are split as zones for your listening comfort.

Below deck, the 2002 Formula 37 PC offers a surprisingly open and airy layout. This creates a feeling of spaciousness uncommon in boats of this size. The aft cabin often features a settee that converts into a double berth, making it ideal for guests or children. The galley is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, two-burner stove, and sink, along with storage for provisions. The dinette area provides comfortable seating for meals and can often be converted into an additional berth, allowing the 37 PC to sleep six people comfortably. The head compartment includes a VacuFlush toilet, sink, and shower. Elegant soft goods and high-quality furnishings are hallmarks of Formula's interior design.

The 2002 Formula 37 PC is built on a solid fiberglass hull with an 18-degree deadrise at the transom, which contributes to its smooth ride and good performance. Engines are twin gasoline inboard/outboard engines from MerCruiser, with horsepower ratings of 375 HP per engine. This allows for comfortable cruising speeds and the ability to reach planing speeds quickly. Equipped with a generator to power onboard systems when not connected to shore power, as well as marine air conditioning and heating for comfort in various climates.
