On the Formula 310 Bowrider all popular cockpit features of the 310 Sun Sport are included plus the roomy, adult-friendly bow area that makes the most of space. Traditional bow seating alternates with an arrangement of two forward facing seats designed so that one?s feet are placed comfortably on the cockpit sole. Typical of Formula foresight, filler cushions store away in a dedicated locker area. Twin command seats that adjust individually face handsome, brushed metallic and burl wood-finish dash panels. Livorsi illuminated gauges with chrome bezels make systems easy to monitor, and the sporty steering wheel, also inset with metallic accents and burl wood-finish, tops off the helm in smart style. A dash-mounted, full feature remote stereo control communicates with eight marine-grade speakers with stainless steel grille covers and separate tweeters. There is also an iPod/MP3 port at the helm to enjoy personal favorites with full stereo system delivery.Stainless steel is the word for lasting beauty and durability in the 310 BR. All railing is 316L, and the 316 stainless deck cleats are installed with stainless lock nuts teamed up with heavy backing plates. All other hardware is also stainless, bolted securely with stainless, chromium-plated fasteners and further sealed with O-rings.
Designed to spend all day on the water, the comfortable aft lounge arrangement with stowable table invites spur-of-the-moment entertaining and easily converts to a large sunpad by adding the filler cushions. The forward portside lounge also encourages friendly gatherings and provides dedicated dive tank storage underneath. The molded wetbar with stainless sink and hinged Corian countertop plays right along, and in place of the standard cooler, a stainless-front, pullout refrigerator with individual racks for food and beverages is available. As usual, polished drink holders are within easy reach of everyone aboard. Smoothly finished fiberglass storage compartments throughout the 310 BR secure other carry-on items for the day?s activities. In-floor wakeboard and ski storage is also provided. To port, the head compartment is entered through a molded fiberglass door detailed with Corian and two stainless drink holders. The head unit is VacuFlush, and a polished stainless sink is set in the Corian counter. Along with the heat exchanger option, there is also a hand held shower. The flooring is American Cherry woodgrain finish, and a privacy window slides open for ventilation.
The aft facing transom lounge also extends to a sunpad for relaxing at anchor, and with the stereo remote control at the swim platform and two transom speakers, excellent sound is enjoyed by all. The large transom compartment and a side locker aft store the two fenders and more boating gear. LED swim platform lighting and cockpit courtesy lighting illuminate in response to a hand held remote control. The white cockpit lighting has a dimming feature and can also change to a cool blue. In the 310 Bowrider, with Volvo or Mercruiser gas or diesel power from twin 190 HP to twin 320 HP, and with the deep-V hull design, the ride is smooth, fast and exciting. The 310 Bowrider debuts July 2007, joining the popular Formula Sun Sport/Bowrider lineup.
