The massive boat deck accommodates a substantial tender and water toys essential for the cruising lifestyle.
Standard layout includes a magnificent full-beam master stateroom positioned amidships for optimal comfort and stability, accessible through the salon or via the common hallway forward between guest staterooms. This hallway is accessed through a half spiral staircase from the pilothouse. A luxurious VIP guest cabin forward features an island queen berth and ensuite head, while a versatile port guest cabin offers twin berths with pullout bunk or island queen configuration and ensuite head. A fourth cabin can be configured in place of the master stateroom walk-in closet, providing flexibility for families or charter operations. The center hallway between guest cabins also provides space for a dedicated laundry room. The crew quarters, accessed through the California cockpit, accommodate two to three professional crew members in comfortable arrangements with either twin cabins or a single cabin with full-size berth. The crew mess hall features a separate head and shower, full kitchenette, lounge area, and access to the engine room.

The Fleming 85 is the culmination of years of meticulous planning and represents the natural evolution of the Fleming range, standing as the ultimate expression of the company's unwavering commitment to excellence. Since 1985, Fleming Yachts has been building what they proudly call the Ultimate Cruising Yacht, and the 85 represents the pinnacle of that remarkable journey spanning nearly four decades. This is a brand new design conceived from the keel upward to achieve the ambitious goal of creating literally the finest possible ocean-going pilothouse motor yacht in every conceivable respect. The design brief demanded true ocean-crossing capability combined with exceptional comfort, efficiency, and safety. Fleming partnered with Norman Wright & Sons, renowned specialists in commercial and pleasure boat design, to develop a hull form capable of handling the most demanding sea conditions. The hull was then subjected to extensive Computational Fluid Dynamics analysis by Cape Horn Engineering, fine-tuning every detail to ensure the best possible fuel economy and range of any semi-displacement yacht in the world. The Fleming 85 is available in both Open and Enclosed Flybridge versions, each offering distinct advantages depending on owner preferences and cruising grounds. Both models provide flexible accommodation arrangements with three or four cabin layouts. The design incorporates unmistakably classic Fleming lines refined with contemporary touches including flush and hidden hardware. Structural integrity has been independently verified by DNV, the globally respected classification society.
