This boat was a northern boat up until a couple years ago and stored indoors for 1/2 the year and used in fresh water. It was never fished and was purchased and brought to South Florida to be used as a cruiser.
Topsides have been painted and the vessel is on a professional management plan and wax schedule
The boat just received its annual haul out with fresh bottom paint and running gear service. The Cat C12's are all up to date on there service and have 1000 hrs. The westerbeke generator runs smoothly and the boat has received constant updates and upgrades including new topside paint, new electronics, new interior carpet, new AC's, new enclosure, etc
