This Downeast-style boat is ready for a new crew to enjoy for family cruising!
This Caso Bay 31 has a large, open cockpit with lots of usable space covered by a custom Bimini top. The side decks provide good access to the bow, and it has a wrap-around bow rail.
The pilothouse has panoramic windows for great views underway or while at anchor. Step inside to find a starboard galley with a stove, single sink, and microwave. To port, a convertible 6' 5 " settee folds out for an extra berth. Forward is the helm, with the electronics within reach and a seat for passengers to keep the skipper company while underway.
A few steps down, just below the deck, on the starboard side, is an enclosed head with a vanity, sink, pull-out shower, and a Vacuflush toilet. In the V of the boat is a large berth with a hanging locker and sleeves for storage.
