Power for this boat is provided by eight 6V lead acid batteries providing 48V to the 5Hp electric engine resulting in a full day on the water without recharging. The 120V charging system not only maintains your batteries while tied up to shore power but also allows you to plug into any power source available; home (20A), dock (30A), or commercial marina (50A.). Don't let her shorter length fool you - the Back Bay 16 has an amazing amount of interior space to fit plenty of friends and family onboard comfortably for a great cruise to remember.
