Belle is a 1986 Dickerson 37 Cutter in fair shape. Dickerson yachts have long been known for their rugged build and fine craftsmanship. The first Dickerson 37 was launched in 1981, after three years of development. The familiar full keel design was replaced with a moderate fin keel and skeg hung rudder resulting in much less wetted surface area while increasing maneuverability and maintaining good tracking ability. These improvements matched with the beautiful classic lines of this cutter make for a perfect balance of beauty and performance. The Dickerson 37 was offered with 3 different cabin layouts.

Belle is the popular "Owner's" or Tri Cabin Version. She is a sound sturdy vessel in mostly good shape with the exception of some much-needed TLC. The decks are solid, but the teak will need to be removed or replaced, the cabin sole needs to be stripped and re finished, the staysail is like new, but she will need the main and jib to be replaced and She'll need bottom cleaning and painting. Belle is offered as a project boat at a greatly reduced price. She is available to see by appointment in Wilmington NC. Please see below for photos, video and full descriptions.
