SeaWard is a beautiful 44 DeFever Double Cabin Pilothouse, perfectly appointed for Northwest cruising. This gorgeous vessel is extremely well equipped and has been well maintained by experienced owners. She has been routinely modernized since new and has recent upgrades to her electronics, upholstery, and canvas. And the fully enclosed and heated sundeck is also an ideal living and entertainment space in all weather conditions at any time of day or night, making this vessel feel very roomy, even with a full crew onboard on an extended voyage.

SeaWard is the ideal cruiser and potentially a very comfortable live-aboard. She's a rare flush-deck yacht with single level walkaround decks, resulting in not only a practical design, but also an attractive profile and remarkable flow and accessibility to all decks and quarters. This 60,000 lb. full displacement vessel has a well-deserved reputation for safe and reliable seakeeping capabilities. The added five-foot cockpit extension was meticulously constructed to plans and specs approved in writing, by designer Arthur DeFever.

She has an incredible range due to her properly sized engines, 950 gallons fuel and offshore designed hull. She burns about two gallons per hour/per engine with her natural, industrial rated Perkins engines. The walk-in engine room is convenient and very accessible at anchor or underway. Her five-foot cockpit and large swim step allow easy boarding from dockside. She has a stunning aft owner's suite with large bedside windows in addition to 6 portholes for plenty of light and fresh air, plus one in the private head. The spacious forward V berth is also equipped with a private day head and overhead shower.

All electronics are integrated via a SeaTalk NEMA 2000 backbone with plenty of room for expansion. She also features Twin Perkins diesel M135s, a Side Power bow thruster, a Northern Lights genset, Naiad stabilizers, and Webasto hydronic heat.

All of the features combined make her the perfect year-round and extended motor yacht, giving you the means to really get out and explore the Pacific Northwest waters, all the way up to Alaska!
