2023 Daves Custom Boats M37R

2023 DCB M37R WIDEBODY open bow (the only one on the planet!!) powered by twin Mercury Racing 450R outboards w/149 hours, mounted with STR Offshore billet brackets turning Mercury Racing 5-blade CNC Cleaver propellers. Engine steering is connected by rear tie-bar with Carbon-Fiber tie-bar sleeve.

Hull construction is Carbon-Fiber/Carbon-Kevlar/Foam core layup housing (2) 85 gallon fuel tanks. Graphics are DCB Phase III gelcoat featuring exposed carbon, S/S rub-rail powder coated and painted to match gel graphics, DCB hardware blackout package including Sea Smart anodized aluminum black pull-up cleats with lasered DCB logo, powder coated hinges, mounting hardware, pin cleats, billet windshield support, dash vents and instrument panels. 

Interior consists of 100% Alcantara with custom CNC stitching on 6-person poker run seating with billet grab handles, featuring electric sliding captain seats with flip up cushions, as well as the custom open bow area which seats 2 more passengers. Engine control is via Mercury Zero-Effort DTS controls sporting hydrodipped shift knobs and custom powder coated throttle knobs, while digital engine data is monitored by a 22" Garmin 4K touchscreen center monitor flanked by (2) 12” Simrad touchscreen monitors on outside edges of exposed carbon dash. Flooring comfort comes from custom color-matched carpet kit in both main cockpit and open bow, with matching SeaDek boarding kit on bustle steps and outside of M-series wrap around windshield area. No-wake zones are made bearable by the 2-speed dash ventilation system. 

Stereo is DCB Stage 4 JL Audio system with Fusion head unit with (2) wired remotes, (10) JL Audio midrange speakers, (4) 10” JL Audio M7 subwoofers, (3) JL Audio amplifiers, Custom rear step 6.5" speakers and billet grilles, (4 total) deep cycle HD batteries, (2) for house electronics, and individual batteries for port and starboard engines. 

Other features of this rare boat are the remote electronic battery switching, C-Zone, on-board charging system, custom CAN-network controlled Shadow-Caster RGB-W mood lighting throughout cockpit, cupholders, speakers, storage areas and underwater, 6-person headset communication system with DCB Boat-to-Boat VHF feature and music integration package, retractable swim ladder, as well as cockpit and open bow snap covers.

Trailer is MYCO triple-axle aluminum with Adrenaline upgrades to include custom 20" rims, wide S/S fenders painted black, double handle front courtesy ladder, triangular-end drive guard and LED under-carriage lighting package.
