The boat was designed and built by Clark Mills in 1972. Main timbers are Long Leaf Yellow Pine sourced from the demolition of the original Clearwater Railroad Station well over 100 year old lumber! The hull is carvel planked with mahogany. Decks are fiberglassed and painted with Awlgrip
Powered with original Detroit single 6-71 hours are unknown but well well maintained and in pristine condition.

Kept under cover, current owner has owned the boat since 1975 and has maintained the boat to the highness standards.
It has a full galley with 4 burner propane stove and oven, Norcold AC/DC refrigerator, sink and drain board, abundant locker and drawer storage. It also has self contained Dometic Sealand fresh water head and holding tank.
There is a Collison bulkhead a few feet aft of stem and a watertight bulkhead with a door between galley and engine room.
Engine room is aft with standing headroom and very good machinery access, abundant locker and drawer storage and work space.
Galley, forepeak and wheelhouse are airconditioned
