The Sakonnet 23 is a striking and elegant daysailer, admired from every angle for her graceful canoe stern and classic lines. Designed by the renowned Joel White, she combines traditional aesthetics with smart performance, offering an easy and enjoyable sailing experience.

This well-balanced daysailer features a narrow 6'1" beam, light displacement, and a moderate sail area-to-displacement ratio, allowing her to reach hull speed effortlessly in light to moderate winds. Her low center of gravity and ballasted centerboard deliver both stability and comfort under sail. With a shoal draft, she is ideal for exploring shallow waters.

The Sakonnet 23 is simple to handle, making her perfect for relaxed weekend or evening sails. She seats four comfortably and is refreshingly easy to manage, even single-handed. Her teak accents-coamings, toe rails, seats, and floorboards-enhance her timeless look and have been recently refinished. Bronze hardware fore and aft adds to her traditional appeal.
