The vessel is constructed of 5083-H116 marine grade aluminum plate and 6000 series aluminum extrusions in accordance with the best commercial marine practice.

The aluminum hull structural design is in accordance with the rules of Det Norske Veritas as Patrol Craft operating in Service Area R2 but is not classed.  The vessel’s hull meets or exceeds DNV global strength requirements.
