She is US Flagged, and documented for recreation; but is also USCG approved to work too, because liftboats are "special". Current owner charges $5,000 per day.
Really, the things you could do with her are limitless. Her three-story superstructure has 28 berths, and 7 cabins. She has a ton of interior space: a huge galley and mess hall, multiple cabins, sleeping quarters, washer/dryer, and workshops onboard.

She also has some epic tankage: 9,500 gals of fresh water and 4,400 gals of fuel (big holding tanks as well).
She also comes equipped with a suite of modern electronics including color radar and sonar.
