New on the Market!

The "Ocean Star" is a very well designed custom ocean cruiser that is ready for new adventures.  The hull was designed and built by the Skoog Brothers of Mercer Island and finished by Edward R. Davies in 1984.  This vessel is very well laid out and has comforting living quarters for extended cruising or as a full time liveaboard.

Stepping aboard the well equipped cockpit has great visibility with complete bimini cover to allow very comfortable cruising.  Large flush foredeck supports ease of movement around the deck when underway.

When stepping down into the Pilot House it is large area with two bunks (one port and one stbd), NAV Station with very comfortable deck mounted adjustable leather chair that puts all navigation equipment within reach.  The starboard aft head is located under cockpit seating area with aft bulkhead hatch with access to the lazarette, steering quadrant and generator.

As stepping down and forward to very well equipped large galley with good storage for cooking utensils.  Then moving forward to settee and dining table it is very bright and screened portholes with great new leather cushions and fine finished surrounding teak.  Excellent storage areas throughout for extended cruising supplies.  Seating port and starboard sides for dining at folding teak table.

Moving into the double and single bunk state room with under bunk large storage areas it moves directly into the forward head with shower.  Forward bulkhead has hatch moving in to chain locker with water heater mounted within.

The "Ocean Star" is a fine Cruiser with capabilities of moving forward into a wonderful new world.  She has many stories to tell as she has the dubious history of sailing all through the islands and two round trips to Hawaii!  Now you can you make your own history aboard this wonderful sailboat!
