Located in a transferrable slip, on a navigable waterway, in Fulton, MS (just south of the Tennessee River), this Custom-built 50-foot houseboat features a large galley and living area as well as a full-size bathroom complete with a full-size shower and bathroom sink.
The 50-foot houseboat also includes a full-size residential refrigerator and freezer.
The sleeping capacity of this houseboat could accommodate several people with some inexpensive upgrades.
After a long day on the lake or river enjoy a warm shower with a built-in water heater and plenty of room to relax outside with friends or family.
