The Cruisers 540 Express is an offshore thoroughbred, with the performance, handling, accommodations and storage necessary for long-term cruising. The abovedeck configuration includes: a walk-around helm area that gives the pilot and co-pilot easy helm access; generous horseshoe seating aft that can be electrically converted to a spacious sunlounge; an aft deck / platform seating area; a wet bar with refrigerator / icemaker for onboard entertaining and plenty of storage for water toys. A camper top and front and side curtains will keep owners and guests protected from inclement weather, while a bimini top will cool off hot summer afternoons on the water. A stylish hardtop with opening sunroof is standard. The airy interior of the 540 Express is aglow with the warmth of cherry wood and exquisite detailing. Owners have a choice of interior layouts: a three-stateroom layout, a two-stateroom layout with additional living space, and a two-stateroom layout with separate office space. The two-stateroom layout features a forward stateroom with large island berth and an amidships master stateroom, which boasts a large island berth and a walk-in, cedar-lined closet. The three-stateroom layout includes a third cabin with twin berths or, owners may opt to use the third cabin as an onboard office. The 540 features a galley equipped with a large refrigerator / freezer with icemaker, a double sink, an electric three-burner stove, a microwave / convection oven with exhaust fan and a coffee maker. The 540 provides a large, crescent-shaped dinette with an electric lift dinette table that stows under the floor and raises automatically for use.
