SUMMER WIND is one of the last Concordia Yawls to be built by Abeking & Rasmussen, No. 97 of 103. No expense has been spared in her upgrades or upkeep over the last 18 years. Additionally, Concordia Company has completed all work done to her during that period, and we can offer potential buyers significant institutional knowledge of the boat and her systems.
Since purchasing SUMMER WIND in 2006, the seller has embarked on a thoughtful upgrading and refitting program. In 2007, the engine, shaft and stuffing box were replaced, and new canvas was acquired. In 2009, the decks were removed and new Dynel decks and toe rails were installed. New cockpit coamings were built and installed as well. Other work includes stripping and recoating much of the interior woodwork, a new stove and CNG system, a hot water and pressure water system, a new fuel tank, and indirect interior lighting. A new mainsail was acquired in 2024.

Stored indoors in a wooden-boat-optimized facility in South Dartmouth MA, and available for immediate inspection.
