A beautiful classic 1973 Columbia 41 yacht! Lots of room for live-aboard or cruising!
This 1973 Columbia appears to be in good condition and with recent upgrades completed by the owner such as a new dodger with clear isinglass, updated electronics including wiring through the mast and wind vane.
A beautiful recent paint job really sets this boat apart from any other of its vintage.
It is an amazing sailboat with lots of room as a live-aboard with a large center cabin that contains a full size convertible settee to starboard and a nice size dinette to port.
There is a large V-berth with it's own cabinetry and built in dresser.
The entire cabin of the boat is very light and airy as the main cabin is elevated with windows all around and both the V-berth and aft cabin have large skylight hatches.
Just aft of the main cabin is a nice sized galley to port with a two burner cook-top and stainless steel sink and lots of cabinet and shelf space. Opposite the cooking area is another set of storage, shelving and a microwave.
The aft cabin is spacious with a king size bed, storage compartments, and drawers.
Just outside the aft cabin to starboard is the bathroom with a stainless steel sink, hand shower handle, and flush toilet.
Topside, the cockpit is located center of the aft section and has seating for six adults and the Capitan. The helm is aft of the seating area and sports a compact wheel and a Raymarine Navigation System.
All in all, this 41 foot Columbia is ready for a day cruse on the bay, or an ocean adventure.
