2006 Chaparral 290 Signature

Awesome boat that needs some mechanical work.

Full camper canvas in excellent condition.

The cabin upholstery, tables and cabinets look almost brand new.

The cockpit upholstery is in very good condition overall – one seat cushion needs to be reupholstered.

The hull is in great shape and the blue gelcoat looks amazing.

Heat and air, vacuflush head with macerator.

Twin Volvo 5.0 OSI engines with XDP outdrives

I bought the boat a couple of years ago but have not gotten around to fixing it since I have another boat.

Mechanical issues that my mechanic listed:

Bellows and u joints need to be replaced

The outdrives need to have the seals replaced.

Hot water heater needs to be replaced

One starter needs to be replaced (the other one is new)

One fuel pump may be bad (it makes a whining sound)

It might need some other things as well so I’m pricing it low at $19,000. 

The average retail value of this boat as equipped is around $50,000
