OWNERS NOTES
All work on boat was done by a professional marine yacht maintenance company. I wanted everything to be the best and did not care about the expense. This was my baby and I have to sell it due to health concerns. The boat is in tip top condition now with many, many upgrades. It started in Lake Erie for years and then moved to Lake Pontchartrain in New Orleans (boat was in fresh water for a long time). In 2019 it came to Fort Pierce Florida and has many upgrades. Have you seen a boat with this many upgrades making everything perfect? Why buy a boat and end up spending $60k for upgrades (which you estimated to be $20k) when you can have a turn key boat ready to sail anywhere?
