This is a very nice model. Seller has owned for 33 years and has taken very good care of her. The engine fires up nicely and runs like a charm, he has had no issues with the boat and it is ready for immediate enjoyment.
There is a survey from February 2024 on board and can be viewed in person on the boat. All sails and Electronics are stored inside the House.

This is an above average conditioned Catalina 42 and very reasonably priced compared to others on the market. she has a 3 stateroom 2 head layout, a very clean and well cared for engine and newer electronics.
The seller has owned this boat for 33 years. She was purchased on Lake Champlain in New York and has settled in Florida the last 25 years. She is a beauty.
A full marine survey was completed in February 2024, is rated in above average condition and can be viewed in person aboard the vessel inside the comforts of its air-conditioned interior.
The sails and electronics are all stored inside his house during the summer months.
