1989 Catalina 38 is based on the Yankee 38 for good speed and great balance. This sloop/cruiser is rigged for racing and cruising with lots of extras. In essence, what you get in the Catalina 38 is a fast-performance boat whose interior was designed for cruising - the perfect combination.
Inside the Catalina 38, you have a forward V-berth cabin, an enclosed head, a dinette that converts to a berth, a settee, a nav station, a galley, and a quarter berth, which is plenty for a family or an offshore crew to sleep and eat comfortably.
