This two-owner 2002 Catalina 36 Mark 2 has been well maintained and extensively upgraded in the last few years; including all new Raymarine chart plotter, radar, autopilot, and instruments on a NMEA 2000 network; a bow thruster; MaxProp three blade feathering propeller; up/down windlass controls in lieu of standard up only; additional chain rode; solar panels on new Bimini; and numerous other enhancements.
