The popular Catalina 350 won the Cruising Word Sailboat of the Year Award. The Catalina 350 is easy to sail and has one of the largest and most comfortable layouts available in its class. This yacht is part of an estate sale and represents a great value. An extensive list of extra equipment is included with the boat. Boat is due for bottom paint and a bit of TLC and is priced to reflect needed maintenance. Pricing reflects repairs and maintenance needed: Fixed Side Ports need Re-bedding, Corrosion on the engine should be inspected.
Accommodations
The Owners Stateroom is forward and features a Centerline pedestal bed with a quilted inner spring mattress. The fully appointed stateroom includes lockers, drawers and private access to the head and shower.
The Head is located next aft and includes a separate shower stall, electric toilet and opening hatch and opening port.
Next aft is the spacious Main Salon which features a convertible starboard settee and a removable center cushion that converts to a game table. the port settee also serves as a dinette and comes with 2 different tables. A large dining table that stores in the aft stateroom and a smaller coffee table option. The port settee also can convert into a berth.
The Navigation Station is immediately aft and houses all the 12V and 110V Electrical Panels.
The Galley is opposite to starboard at the base of the companionway. Features include a front and top loading refrigerator and separate freezer compartment. Double stainless steel sink and AC powered Microwave Oven.
The Aft Stateroom is an athwartship configuration and is well ventilated with a large opening hatch, hanging locker, shelf space and an inner spring mattress.
