KITE is a two-owner 2003 Catalina 350 sloop. Both owners kept her home berth as Jacksonville, FL. The current owner was known around the marina as the boater who sailed his boat more than any other boater, as he would often leave the dock most evenings after coming home from work. His relocation for work forces him to sell KITE. He hopes that the next owner will use and enjoy her as much as he did.
The Catalina 350 sloop won the Cruising World Sailboat of the Year award when first introduced. The design incorporates many great features usually found in larger vessels, which include:

KITE can be boarded through the double lifeline on either side of the vessel. The cockpit features:

The interior offers: 6ft 5in headroom, two large private cabins with centerline berth forward, a double entry head with a separate stall shower, spacious main salon with multiple table and seating options which can accommodate three more overnight guests, if desired, and a true U-Shaped galley that will satisfy any cook.
There is abundant storage which is great for extended cruising or for living-a-board. The Teak and Holly sole has easy open panels which provide both additional stowage and access to important systems. All five opening hatches feature screens, internal shades, and coordinating Sunbrella exterior hatch covers. The six opening ports also feature screens and internal shades.
Salon:
The salon has 6ft 5in headroom, which adds to its spaciousness. The navigation station is to port, beside a large settee. There are two easily interchangeable table options. The seating area to starboard can be configured to be either a single settee/bedding option, or two separate seats with a table between. That conversion is simple and very well thought out. There is additional storage beneath the settees.
The engine is accessed behind the steps leading into the salon. The easily removable sound shield gives amazing access to the engine and has a fire-port feature.
Galley:
The galley to starboard features: a surprising 12v DC 4 cu ft refrigerator with two access openings, a 12v DC 4 cu ft counter access freezer, a two-burner gimballed propane stove with oven, a double stainless steel sink, a microwave oven, and even a special angled trash bin cabinet. The storage is well organized and includes both cabinets and drawers.
Forward Cabin:
The forward stateroom features an inner spring mattress on the centerline bed, drawers under the bed for stowage, lockers, and multiple ports/hatches. A private door leads into the head.
Head:
The head, with its shower stall, sink, and toilet, can be accessed via a salon door to port, or from the forward stateroom.
Aft Cabin:
The aft cabin, which can be used as the Master Cabin or for storage when there are no guests aboard, has a separate door to port, an inner spring mattress, multiple stowage options, and multiple ports/hatches.
