1988 Catalina 34 MKI
This shoal draft Catalina has been taken care of and is ready to sail across the bay. A wonderful sailboat for traveling in the Gulf and beyond.
Very roomy down below with multiple berths. She has a large galley with a gimbaled stove / oven, in-counter refrigeration, and lots of storage space for long passages. The head is amazingly roomy for a 34' vessel!
The engine is a Universal 25XP that starts right up and runs great. The owner has maintained the engine for carefree use. There are two solar panels to keep the batteries topped and power some of the systems.
There are dinghy davits and an easy access stern ladder.
The cockpit has a nice hardtop, dodger, and bimini top and dodger that is in great shape with clear isinglass and has storage sun covers to protect them when not in use. The catbird seats on the stern rail are a desired feature! There is a nice stowable cockpit table for entertaining guests!
On deck, there is nice Kiwi Grip nonskid and features a windlass for easy anchoring. All of the rigging runs to the cockpit for single-handed sailing.
