This 1999 Catalina 30 is in excellent condition inside and out. It's a past two-time Stein series winner, and includes a standard rig, standard mainsail with dutchman system, 150 furling and main by UK Sails, self-tailing winches, and fixed boom vang. The canvas covers and dodger are in near-new condition.
The bottom was replaced in August, 2023, and the battery in November, 2024. It includes a 23 HP Universal M25XT engine, with 950 engine hours.
There are port and starboard transom seats, and the convertible walk-through transom includes a retractible steel ladder. The helm assembly has a retractible teak wooden table and beverage holder, and equipment displays that include Autohelm 4000 autopilot, ST 50 wind machine, ST Tridata speed, depth and trip indicator, Garmin Map 441 GPS & plotter, and compass.
The inside main cabin with galley and nav station were designed with a great layout overall, with port and starboard cushioned seating and a dinette table that folds to the wall. The galley incudes a double sink, LPG-fueled two-burner stove and oven, top-access electric fridge, and cedar-lined galley storage drawers. Cabin equipment also includes a Standard Explorer VHG, FUSION MS-IP700 marine radio, West Marine stereo speakers, and Jensen MCC 8320 60w stereo. There's a forward V-berth and head, and starboard-side aft berth.
