This 1997 Catalina 28 Mk II with a wing keel is a nice boat in need of some upgrades, the seller has passed away and the sale is to settle the estate so we have the price reduced for a quick sale. The boat is in good condition however it will need annual service to ready it for launching. I have a full listing in the description and if there are any questions feel free to call or email. Furthest forward is the V-berth with filler, storage underneath and outboard shelves. Next aft is the salon with port and starboard settees, outboard storage shelves, a port side dining table with a starboard side leaf. Next aft to port is the enclosed head and to starboard is the galley, furthest aft is the mid-cabin with hanging locker. The cabin sole is molded fiberglass with teak and holly hatches,
3 overhead opening hatches and 3 opening ports with screens for ventilation.
