OMNI is a very nice and desirable Catalina 270 that has many upgrades in the last 2 years. The owner is a Master Marine Surveyor and knows what it required for a safe and functional vessel. Here is a list of a few thing that have been added:

- New standing rigging

- Rebuilt head, injectors and injection pump, engine only has 615 hours on it.

She is clean and shows very well. Easy to sail. Easy to show.
OMNI has a standard layout of a 27' sailing vessel. This model is the Catalina 270 which offers the swim platform (scoop) transom and ladder for easy access on and off the vessel for snorkeling or scuba diving. Aside from expensive upgrades (new standing rigging, new interior cushions the vessel is in excellent condition. A quick walk through shows the galley to port and day head to starboard of the companionway. There is aft berth below the cockpit and another berth forward in the Vee. Comfortable seating wraps around the salon with a nav station and power panel to port.
The galley is simple but does have a two burner propane stove and uses an ice chest as a cooler. The water is heated both by a 120V water heater or with the engine heat exchanger while underway.
New Jabsco manual toilet with a holding tank, and a shower wand in the sink.
120V shore power is available and to charge the house battery. There are 2 - Group 24 wet cell batteries and a small solar panel is provided to keep the batteries charged at anchor aa well as a Newmar charger while on shore power..
The navigation is aided with a Raymarine ST4000 autopilot and a B&G depth sounder and a handheld Garmin 276C GPS.
The cockpit is spacious and has the steering/engine controls in the central pedestal with a canvas cover when not in use.
For anchoring there is a Bruce anchor with chain/rope rode.
All required lifejackets and throwable devices are included.
