1993 Catalina 270 Sloop! A Great Pocket Cruiser! Shoal Draft!

1993 Catalina 270

This 1993 Catalina 270 is great for the shallow waters of Florida and the Bahamas. She has a wing keel with a draft of only 3' 5", allowing you to sail where others can't!

The Catalina 270 has a nice-sized salon, making it perfect for weekend and longer family cruises. The aft cabin provides comfortable sleeping space for 2 with a large double berth, and the forward V-berth can be extended and enclosed for use by 2 as well. The settees in the salon can be used for sleeping berths for another 2 crew.

The galley provides convenient storage for provisioning, a large built-in ice box, and 2-burner stove covered by a flip-up counter for extra counter space. This 270 even has a plumbed enclosed marine head.

The original Perkins engine has a starting issue. The Catalina is rigged for single handed sailing. The cockpit is roomy and has a sugar scoop stern!
