It offers good sailing and comfortable accommodations, This 1983 Catalina 27 is in very good condition, and offers an entry into sailing for a very reasonable price. The boat has been well maintained, and reconditioned over the last 5 years. A new barrier coat and bottom paint, and a new marine painted cove and boot stripe were dome at the time too.
Recent upgrades included 2 new Lewmar # 16 ST winches, A new # 30 halyard winch on starboard deck.A new Mainsail and 135 % Genoa by Rolly Tasker. New Jib and Mainsheeets.
