Brooks Oswald, President of Cast and Blast Boats, is a lifelong outdoorsman and marine industry veteran. Growing up on James Island, SC he has lived his life in the salt marshes of the South Carolina Lowcountry. While owning and operating his own aluminum fabrication and propeller shop he has crafted everything from oyster cookers to towers on multi-million dollar Sportfishing boats, then one day he decided to build a boat: The Cast and Blast was born in the winter of 2013. Drawing on his and others experiences he developed the perfect boat for the true outdoorsman. No longer is there a need to have an inshore fishing boat and a john boat, this boat does it all.
