OVERVIEW

The Carver Santego 38, known as the big brother to the Santego 380, has a very versatile layout inside and out, and this specific example in Casa Del Largo features the optional two stateroom layout. Casa Del Largo is a two owner boat and has been kept in covered slips in fresh water since new.

A large open cockpit with forward facing bench seat and aft facing storage box / seats on the integral platform provide room for everyone. Down just two steps from the cockpit via large sliding glass doors you enter into the spacious single level full beam salon. The salon features two built-in sofas and a dinette as well as a fully equipped galley all on the same level. Forward and down one step to starboard is the double bunk guest stateroom. Across the companion way is the first Jack and Jill entry door to the head which has a separate stall shower. Master stateroom with a vanity is forward and has 2nd private door to the head. All staterooms and the head have solid wood doors for privacy. Newer carpet and upholstery in soft cream / tan colors, soft teak wood cabinetry throughout, along with operable windows, provide a warm and comfortable interior.

The fully enclosed flybridge and helm area can be accessed by short ship ladders on both port and starboard sides of the cockpit. The raised center helm station is surrounded by built-in seating forward and to both sides. The 38 Santego has a unique design on the flybridge with the forward center walkthrough area allowing easy and safe passage to the bow.
