Excellent 300 Aft Cabin! Fresh Water Vessel Until the Last 3 Years! Twin 260 HP Volvo Penta Motors with Only 400 Hours! A Great Water Condo!
This 1992 Carver 300 Aft Cabin is an excellent choice for cruising or weekending. With its extremely low hours on the twin Volvo Penta power plants, it offers a wide beam that provides a spacious interior, a galley, and sleeping for up to 5.
The helm, located on the flybridge has a single Captain's chair to starboard and an L-shaped lounge to port. There is a bimini top for the flybridge as well as a canvas cover. The canvas and isinglass are in good overall condition.
The bright, airy salon offers a sofa to port with storage beneath the seat cushions and a swivel seat to starboard. There is access to the AC/DC panel and upgraded stereo. There are large windows to either side that let in an abundance of light with drapes that can be drawn for privacy.
The galley features a refrigerator, a two-burner electric stove, a microwave, and a galley sink. There is a dinette forward that converts to a V-berth when needed.
The enclosed head has a sink with faucet that can be extended as a shower head, a toilet, and a medicine cabinet.
The aft cabin sleeping consists of a double berth to port and a single to starboard with a vanity sink positioned between the berths.
There is an aft ladder that leads to the swim platform with an aft swim ladder attached.
This vessel is stored in the water and the slip can be transferred, live-aboards are currently allowed at its location.
