The Cape Dory 30 Mark II is perhaps one of the finest Cape Dory models available. A cumulation of all things learned over a very successful run of producing some of the more popular cruising boats in North American waters.

The Cape Dory 30 MK II truly is a "Mark II". It is a completely different hull, deck, interior, and even designer than the previous models. If the boat were being built today it still would draw interest and sales at the boat shows. If you are looking for a traditional keel cruiser with capability then please consider "Serenade". With wide decks, decent rails, and inboard shrouds its easy to move forward in a sea. Typical of Cape Dorys you'll find robust seacocks, ports and a well made Spartan Spar. "Serenade" has many of the items on your checklist in terms of a cruising boat. Things such as centerline sinks, great galley storage, big fore and aft berths, and a "T" shaped cockpit you can lie down in. The boat features a decent shower which is quite unknown in this size range, she had great storage, berths that can be used on a voyage, large galley, excellent engine access, a deep cockpit locker, spacious decks, and a comfortable general feel to everything. On top of all that, the boat sails! The boat feels stable and powerful at the same time. With good visibility and all things functioning as it should the design really comes through.

"Serenade" has been yard maintained and shows well.

Please refer to all the photos of "Serenade". It truly is a nice boat and ready to go. The dark blue hull really makes her stand out.

$25,000 in improvements added in past 2 years.
