Additional Information

Engine:  The 1989 Westerbeke 21A is a 3-cylinder, 23hp diesel with 2555 hours.  She is very fuel efficient, burning about one quart per hour at 1700rpm, Racor 230-series fuel/water separator and filter. Sails and Rigging: New sails consist of a fully-battened, free-footed mainsail with three reef points.  Forward of the mast is a staysail and a 135% Genoa.  Both headsails are on Harken roller-furlers.  There is also an asymmetrical spinnaker with a dousing sock and a Forespar telescoping whisker pole, as well as a riding sail for when at anchor.  All running rigging leads aft to the cockpit for ease of handling, and is managed through various line clutches and blocks, as well as four Lewmar #40 self-tailing, two-speed bronze winches with canvas covers.  There is a Ritchie pedestal-mounted compass at helm and an Edson Pedestal with a leather-wrapped steering wheel. Mounted on the transom, there is a Cape Horn windvane self-steering rig.  There is also a full bimini and dodger with side shade curtains, and a St. Croix Little Crane outboard engine hoist. Ground tackle: 33lb-Rocna anchor with 130' of chain and 200' of nylon rode.  There is also a 30lb CQR anchor, and a 20lb Danforth with 285' of rode. Tankage:  70 gallons of fresh water in two tanks,  20 gallons of diesel in one tank.  The holding tank is also 20 gallons, and can be discharged overboard or pumped out through a deck fitting.  The water heater is six gallons, and can be operated with 110VAC or though the diesel engine's heat exchanger. Electrical system:  30-amp shorepower inlet and cable, Xantrex 3-stage 110V battery charger, two 130-amp hour batteries in the house bank, one 75-amp hour engine start battery.  Spars and rigging have been grounded to protect against lightening strikes, and her underwater hardware is bonded.  Bronze Dynaplate grounding plate.  Out back on top of the bimini are two 85-watt Kyocera solar panels, AIR Breeze wind generator Electronics:  Raymarine C-80 chartplotter, Raymarine ST6002 Smartpilot Controller (wheel pilot),Raymarine ST60+ Tridata and wind instruments, ICOM M802 SSB radio with AT140 antenna tuner and SCS PTC-IIUSB/Bluetooth Pactor modem, Raymarine RD 218 2KW radar on mast, OGM LED masthead anchor/tri-color navigation light with photo diode, Jensen MSR3007 AM/FM/CD with four speakers,  ACR GlobalFix PRO 406Mhz EPIRB with GPS, Standard Horizon GX2150 VHF radio with AIS receiver and RAM 3 microphone   Interior: Pressurized fresh water system with saltwater hand-pump at galley sink, two-burner propane stove and oven, Adler-Barbour 12VDC refrigerator with freezer, two propane bottles in cockpit locker with outboard venting as well as solenoid valve and propane sniffer inside galley.  LED cabin lights, screens on all opening ports and hatches, three 12-volt Caframo Bora cabin fans.  There is also a factory-installed Force-10 propane heater mounted on the bulkhead next to the table in the main salon. Dinghy and outboard:  2009 Mercury Airdeck inflatable dinghy, 2004 Mercury 4hp outboard (two-stroke and lightweight) Miscellaneous:  Exterior washdown pump, Magma propane grill, Fenders, lines and warps, full canvas enclosure, rainwater recovery system, many spare parts and hardware.           Asymmetrical spinnaker                                             Adler Barbour 12volt refrigeration unit                                              Raymarine ST6002 SmartPilot Controller                                               Raymarine C-80 Chartplotter                                              Force 10 propane heater, factory installed                                                 70 gallon fresh water storage                                            20 gallon fuel tank                                                Pressurized potable water system                                               Gimballed propane 2 burner stove/oven                                                Propane locker, solenoid valve, propane detection system                                               2 compartment stainless steel galley sink                                            Xantrex 3 stage 110 volt battery charger                                             2 130AH 12 volt house bank batteries, 1 75AH starting/reserve battery                                              Edson pedestal wheel steering                                            20 gallon holding tank with overboard discharge capability                                             6 gallon water heater- 110 volt or engine heat exchanger                                               Shower in head with sump pump                                            Lightning grounded spars and rigging                                                 Bonded underwater hardware                                               30 amp shorepower                                            Roller furler headsail                                             Ritchie pedestal compass
