This lightly used Fresh Water C&C 99 is not the boat for everyone but if you understand the level of performance even with her 5' 6" bulb/sheel keel and epoxy construction associated with a well designed "Sailors Boat" you will enjoy sailing this C&C 99 for decades to come. Quality has its price, but in the "Pre-sailed" market this C & C 99 is much more affordable than the approximately 400,000.00 price that would be required to replace her currently. This Fresh Water C&C99 is PRICED RIGHT and very affordable and very financeable. Lots of FUN ! ! AND we have lowered the price from $85,000.00 to the 69,750.00 to fit the current market. Make an offer close and you probably will be the new owner !
With her plumb bow and open transom design and her 10' 10" beam, the Epoxy construction of this 33'er yields a very stiff and responsive boat to helm. Note the 40" wheel for your finger tip sailing enjoyment. Responsive and manageable. The construction gives an all up 9,300 lb boat rather than a 12,000 lbs lead sled. And note the "more than adequate" sail plan and power at your command. We just received the sails for the boat and most are Aramid (carbon and kevlar) and she includes a 3/4 oz and a .5 oz spinnaker to compliment her Carbon - - light as a feather - - spinnaker pole.
And all of this with an interior that will make the wife and family happy with large berths, large head area and a wide open roomy interior complete with her 6' 2" headroom. All this and the exterior is still stunningly sleak.
This C & C 99 is located on our yard in Memphis, Tn.,so it is easy to come inspect her and if she fits your needs we can deliver her with our own equipment to many a port if not too far away. If we need to ship her to California or Canada we are adept at getting with the better shippers and loading her out so that when you receive the C & C 99 at your port of call that everything can come together nicely.
What a great Sailboat. ! And she still qualifies for 15 to 20 year financing that in many a case allows for a 2nd home tax deduction. Amazing how inexpensive sailing can be. Give us a call and come see this lovely well spirited Honey of a Sailboat ! In fact, she has brand new insturments - - Knotmeter, depthmeter and windspeed and wind direciton units that can be installed before she leaves for her new port of call. You'll be ready to go !
IT'S YOUR MOVE ! !
