1984 C & C Yachts 35 MKIII, well equipped with a motivated seller

This is one of the highly-prized 1984 C & C 35 MKIII sailboats that were consistent race winners back in the day.

This boat has spent its recent years as a coastal cruiser and it has all of the amenities needed for weekends or weeklong cruises along the coast.

Topsides you will find a nice bimini and dodger adding protection to the cockpit along with a roller furling genoa allowing for easy headsail management and reefing. Both a spinnaker and whisker pole are included.

Down below you have a very comfortable layout that is great for a couple and easily expandable to sleep up to five comfortably.
