Diazepam is as fine a specimen of the classic C&C 35 MKIII as you will find, having been lovingly maintained by her three owners over the years. She has run the Newport to Bermuda three times, the Martha's Vineyard and many smaller, local regattas. Well outfitted for open sea with a wind vane autopilot, ample tankage, storm sails, fully appointed galley and head, Diazepam also enjoys shorter cruises and day sails, comfortably accommodating seven.
The 35 MKIII is one of those boats that does everything well. You can race on Wednesday Night and take the family cruising on the weekend. With 573 sq. ft. of sail she is an able performer and sails well in light air.
The teak interior is well thought-out with berths for six. A good size galley, head with shower and Nav Station are included.
This boat has Auto Pilot, Radar GPS and a SSB (Single Side Band) radio. Solar panel keeps the new batteries charged. Sail inventory includes Main, Spinnaker, Storm Jib and Story Trysail. Included is a premium sound system (Kenwood with Bose speaker). Can sleep 7.
Current captain/owner received a "me or the boat" edict from wife and would rather not sell. Diazepam is priced to sell and will delight her next owner as much as she has her previous owners."
A great boat with the speed to win and comfort to cruise.
