Accomodations
  • Forward on Calypso is an island double bunk in the owners' cabin. There are gas cylinders that lift the forward bunk upward to provide enormous storage space under and it is very easy to lift and close. A large hanging locker, a linen locker, , open lockers, bookshelves and special drawers provide exceptional storage in the forward cabin. This cabin has teak ceilings and a cedar hanging locker. There is a large head with ceramic shell sink, custom lockers head and dual entrance to the owners' stateroom as well as a separate entrance to the rest of the boat. A new electric toilet with waste tank monitor were recently installed
  • The library/den features a love seat that can be made up into a very large single for that extra bunk. There is a writing desk, special cabinets and a standing liquor locker with wine glasses, tumblers and a large book storage above. A new flat screen TV is included for those rainy movie nights. The library/den is the signature of the Northeast 400 and Calypso has a very attractive and well thought out plan.
  • In the main salon the dining table sits midship between the two large settees. The settees and helm seat have all been reupholstered in a soft cream leather. A custom sliding screen spans the entire entrance to the main salon, giving great ventilation and protection from the bugs at dusk.
